我們將刪除或去識別化您的會員帳號、個人資料，以及訂單中的個人資料。其中交易紀錄依相關法令規定之保存年限內，將以去識別化形式保留，逾保存年限後刪除。
我們將於收到您的申請後 30 天內完成處理，並以電子郵件或 LINE 回覆處理結果。
若您是使用 Facebook 或 LINE 第三方帳號登入，資料刪除亦適用上述相同流程與時程。
Email our customer service at cs.dhshop@gmail.com, or contact us via our official LINE account (@eat5207g). Please state “Request personal data deletion” and include the phone number or email address used at registration so we can verify your identity.
We will delete or de-identify your member account, personal data, and the personal data in your orders. Transaction records will be retained in a de-identified form only within the retention period required by applicable law, and deleted thereafter.
We will complete the request within 30 days of receipt and reply with the result by email or LINE.
If you signed in using a Facebook or LINE third-party account, the same process and timeframe above apply to your data deletion request.
